To keep the diseases like anxiety, asthma, heart disease, skin problems and rheumatoid arthritis at bay you need to keep your vata dosha in balance. It looks after the cell division in a human body. It controls mind, breathing, blood flow, heart function and helps to gid rid of waste though intestines. Few causes of vata dosha imbalance are fear, grief, eating again too soon after a meal and staying up too late at night.

Haritaki ensures healthy movement of Vata in the gut.

This energy controls digestion, metabolism ( how good your body can break down food and certain hormones that are linked to appetite). Pitta dosha imbalance is caused from sour, spicy foods and too much exposure in sun.

Amalaki facilitates healthy secretion of pitta in the gut.

It looks upon muscle growth, body strength and ability, weight and immune system. Kapha dosha imbalance is caused due to eating too many sweet foods, eating or drinking things that contain too much salt and water, sleeping during the day.
