Pizza - A cheesydelight food that everyone loves to eat..be it your younger brother/sister or your grandmother. It brings happiness to everyone's mood.
Let's get started with the preparation.
1. You can prepare this with or without yeast.
2. If you are using yeast then dissolve one teaspoon of yeast in lukewarm water and leave it for 10 mins.
3. For the dough, you need to take 8 tablespoons of maida to make two medium sized pizza.
4. Add salt, baking soda 1/4 teaspoon, baking powder 1 teaspoon, curd 3 tablespoons, 1 tablespoon oil to it and knead the dough. Take little bit of water while kneading the dough if required. I usually add it but don't make the dough to sticky, it should have a smooth finish. Leave the dough to rest for half an hour or you can leave it up-to 15 mins if you don't have enough time.
5. If you are going to knead the dough with yeast solution then no need to add baking soda/powder to it as yeast is sufficient to make it more fluppy, all you have to do is add your yeast solution to the dough which you have already prepared and let this one rest for 20 mins.
6. In between chopped your all green veggies like onion thin sliced, capsicum thin sliced, chopped tomatoes.
7. For non-vegetarians you can add some minced chicken or any meat and for vegetarians, in addition to it to make your pizza more delightful you can take some paneer cubes and marinate it in curd, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, pinch of turmeric and roast it in a Frying pan if you are going to cook it without microwave.
8. Now make pizza base by cutting a piece from the dough and make a round shape out of it. Take a fork and prick the base. 8. Add your pizza sauce to the base and then add all the veggies and on top spread the cheese. Try to use processed cheese for better results.
9. Take a big container and preheat that for 5 mins. Take a flat cake tin plate,grease it with butter and then place your 🍕 to the plate. Put this plate to the preheated container by placing a stand inside it and place the plate of top of it.Close the lid of the container and leave it for 15 minutes. If you are using a microwave put your pizza base on microwave rack which is used for grilling purpose and adjust your microwave to pizza mode.
10. After 15 mins your pizza is ready and cut the 🍕 cones after leaving it for 2 mins as it is too hot and also cheese has settled down properly. Give it a try and let me know how it tastes.
