Hairfall loss and its prevention

Hair thinning is a great concern. Everyday you loose certain amount of hair, but that is quite common there is no reason to feel concerned about few hair falling, but when you start seeing many strands lying all over your pillow and floor, it is a matter of seriousness. Falling of hair in men/women also could be due to wearing of  cap/hat most of the times.

Reasons of hairfall -

4. Nutrition Deficiency

5. Hereditary

You can prevent hairfall by using these methods in your day to day life:

1. Homemade packs - Homemade packs strengthens the follicles, improves texture and promote hair growth. Pack of banana and avocado. Avocado is a rich source of vitamin E. Banana is a rich source of potassium, carbohydrates, natural oils. Mash up 1 avaocado and 1 banana and apply it on hair for twice a week. Another pack is amla, shikakai and coconut oil. Amla is rich in vitamin c and shikakai helps in strengthening hair root and coconut oil nourishes the hair. Take 1 tablespoon powder of each amla and shikakai and few drops of coconut oil and heat it. Make it lukewarm and strain it to apply the oil.

2. Massage your  hair gently with warm oil helps in preventing breakage.

3. To make your life stress free apply cool oil which promotes hair growth.

4. Diet has to be rich in omega 3 fatty acids, iron, vitamin C, vitamin A, biotin, vitamin E, lots of vegetables, nuts and seeds. Include kiwi, oranges, quinoa, flax seeds for a healthy life and healthy hair in your diet.

5. Practice asanas. Some of which are Hastapadasana, yoga mudra, paschimottasana, viparitkarni, These asanasas increase blood circulation in your head and prevents premature greying of hair, strengthens your hair follicle.

6. Last but not the least is ample amount of sleep. A good amount of sleep is needed for maintaining  a healthy body and mind.

Stress is a part of our life. Whatever work you do , you will get some stress while doing it. So, learn how to cope up with stress and live a life where stress is a part of it.

Involve yourself in some kind of games or musical activities which rejoices your mind and makes you feel happy.

You cannot change your life all of a sudden but a lifestyle change can do a lot of wonders.

Lockdown Recipes- Pizza

Pizza  Pizza - A cheesydelight food that everyone loves to eat..be it your younger brother/sister or your grandmother. It brings happiness to everyone's mood. Let's get started with the preparation. 1. You can prepare this with or without yeast.  2. If you are using yeast then dissolve one teaspoon of yeast in lukewarm water and leave it for 10 mins.  3. For the dough, you need to take 8 tablespoons of maida to make two medium sized pizza.  4. Add salt, baking soda 1/4 teaspoon, baking powder 1 teaspoon, curd 3 tablespoons, 1 tablespoon oil to it and knead the dough. Take little bit of water while kneading the dough if required.
