People know this already that a healthy body needs  healthy food and when it comes to healthy food they start thinking about the ones which tastes bad and they might have to sacrifice their daily food. This is absolutely wrong. You can have your healthy food with a great taste too. Here is the list of 5 important intakes of you r daily life which is just not healthy but taste good  as well.

1. Raw Garlic - 
Each garlic clove contains 4 calories. Garlic cloves reduces cholesterol upto 10% approximately daily if you have it in your diet. Best time to have it is early morning with an empty stomach.

2.Fatty/Oily Fish - 
Rich in omega3 reduces triglycerides. If it is taken 2-3 times a week, reduces the heart risks to a greater extent.
Example of such fatty fishes are salmon, illish, rohu, paplet, lake trout, sardines and albacore tuna.

3. Soyabean -  
Eating soyabeans lowers the cholesterol and its food products too like 10 ounces of tofu can lower the LDL cholesterol by 5-6% a day.

4.Oats - 
A bowl of oatmeal  with some fruits like banana, strawberries, apple are rich in soluble fiber helps in lowering cholesterol. In addition to oats apple, strawberries, citrus fruits are rich in soluble fiber.

5.Nuts and yogurt - 
28-30g of nuts like almonds, apricot, hazelnut, pistachios,walnuts in a day lowers cholesterol as they are good sources of unsaturated fats and lower in saturated fats which help in blocking cholesterol in the blood stream from gut. 120 g of curd or yogurt is also very helpful in lowering cholesterol. Take it with flax seeds which recovers your liver problems.

Apart from all these make a good habit of having green tea 2-3 times a day which cures a lot of diseases (definitely reduces bad cholesterol).
