 Doshas in Ayurveda are the key concepts to  know a body structure. There are three doshas vata, kapha and pitta. Vata Dosha - Vata Dosha is combination of air and space. To keep the diseases like anxiety, asthma, heart disease, skin problems and rheumatoid arthritis at bay you need to keep your vata dosha in balance. It looks after the cell division in a human body. It controls mind, breathing, blood flow, heart function and helps to gid rid of waste though intestines. 73 Yrs of India's Independence
